I am a writer, filmmaker, and creative learning practitioner exploring co-authored models of storytelling through screen-based, immersive and social technologies.

Alongside running my production company, Mountain Way Pictures, I am developing a slate of work focusing on the inner lives of prisoners. I am actively seeking to develop this work in multiple directions, with particular focus on screen-based arts, immersive work, and participatory workshops. I would love to discuss any of these strands with Residents, with a view to listen, learn, exchange and collaborate!

Professionally, I'm a filmmaker working across drama, documentary and commercials. I'm fascinated by stories through which we construct our Selves; my work focuses on moments of crisis, interior conflict, parallel perspectives, and transcendental moments in ordinary lives. I am particularly interested in the intersection of neurodiversity, neurology and narratology. My short films have screened at festivals nationally and internationally, with a number of competition wins and nominations.

Alongside my creative practice, I am a creative learning practitioner and workshop facilitator, with over 10 years experience working in a truly broad range of education settings. I am excited to further explore and integrate this work into my creative projects.
