Her work helps brands to convert intent into action by establishing inclusivity in their marketing strategy. She has worked with a wide range of clients including Coke, Adobe, and Nationwide. She has been named one of the South-West’s 30 Under 30 by Rife and TechSpark Top 50 Rising Star. Her strong track record in both marketing and data science gives her unique insight which she uses to advise brands.
In 2020, Joyann also founded Inclued, an inclusive marketing software developed to assist marketers in creating inclusive content. Bias affects all outputs and decisions in marketing leading to positive and negative impacts on society. Inclued uses AI to highlight content which would have negative impact on the brand and their investment.
