If you've been around the Pervasive Media Studio lately you will would have heard about the Bristol+Bath Creative R&D Digital Placemaking Pathfinder, a programme that will run until the end of June 2020. Will Taylor, one of the New Talent Research Fellows discusses his involvement and experience of the project so far.

Will is exploring what it means to really ‘belong’ to a space both digitally and physically, what are the mitigating factors and what does it really mean to be radically inclusive in developing ways to use innovative technology that everyone has access to.

Bristol+Bath Creative R+D is a collaboration between the region’s four universities - UWE Bristol, Bath Spa, the University of Bath and the University of Bristol - and Watershed that aims to raise the bar for the region’s creative industries. The five-year programme seeks to forge connections and partnerships in Bristol and Bath, sharing knowledge, creating crossovers and even greater opportunities in what’s already one of the most vibrant clusters in the UK.
