A troubled journalist looks into a cold case involving the murder of a seemingly perfect family in this seductive, twist-filled mystery.

Investigative journalist Tanaka (Satoshi Tsumabuki) is going through a hard time - his sister is behind bars after being charged with child neglect and awaiting trial. To distract himself, he immerses himself into the unsolved murder of a 'perfect' family, interviewing their friends and family, discovering the family weren't as ideal as they seemed - and the vicious web of elitist social circles that existed around them.

Described as a grisly Tokyo noir that "David Fincher would be proud of" in the Telegraph's glowing 4-star review, this is a rare look at class warfare in Japan.

Screenwriter Kosuke Mukai will join us for a Q&A hosted by writer and curator Jasper Sharp after the screening.
