In a wealthy suburban Connecticut community, teens Amanda (Olivia Cooke) and Lily (Anya Taylor Joy) plot to free themselves of a problem: Lily's loathsome stepfather. The pair bring out one another's most destructive tendencies, and their ambitions around Lily's stepfather lead them to hire a local drug dealer (Anton Yelchin is superb in what would tragically be his last film role) to take matters into their own hands - but things don't quite go to plan...
