Brutal, bloody and bone-shaking - this is the gutsy true story of Billy Moore, a young English boxer incarcerated in two of Thailand’s most violent prisons who learns Muay Thai in order to survive.

Joe Cole stars as ex-pat meth dealer Billy Moore, who is arrested in Bangkok and sentenced to three years in one of Thailand's most notorious prisons. Unable to speak the language, he struggles to survive and build relationships in a reality few can imagine - instead, he takes up the art of Muay Thai…

Shot on location inside Nakhon Pathom prison, this film lays bare the harsh conditions of life inside (including the vicious donor codes of Thailand’s tattooed gangsters) without sanitising it or passing judgement. Gritty and stylish, this is a passport into a dark, dangerous, and little-seen world.
