Our team of chefs here at Watershed jumped at the chance to be part of this month's Summer Food Celebration - it's a brilliant opportunity to celebrate the talents of our very own in house team of food fanatics. They picked up the gauntlet and have been busy trying something new and creating another special, seasonal dining experience. For one night only we will be tearing up our usual menu to present a delicious set four course menu using fantastic local produce, lovingly presented and zinging with fresh summer flavours.
The menu for the evening will look like this:
Courgette, ricotta, pepper crumble
Seabass, polenta, tomatoes
Pork, confit potatoes, peppers
Strawberries, shortbread, clotted cream
