In this talk Jasmine Creusson, chef, visual artist and Pervasive Media Studio resident will discuss her work exploring food sustainability in the South West and how our food has become more instant and what this actually means for the future of food? How will our food habits change? Can we keep continuing to just add hot water and stir?

Jasmine will also disucss her curated immersive dining events, Four, which draw on her culinary expertise combined with installation, projection mapping, live performance and storytelling, creating a one off immersive dining expereince where the audience have the opportunity to connect not only with one another but the food on their plates too.

Jasmine Creusson is a visual artist and chef. After growing up in rural France learning how to live off the land, she has worked for many years in some of the UK’s best restaurants. A performer, with a multi-disciplinary background, FOUR is her exciting first step into the world of artistic food creation.
