The event will also include a panel discussion about women in adventure’s wellbeing - with researcher Hetty Key, mountain biking athlete and mental health advocate Velo Me Jess, Blue Health coach Lizzi Larbalestier, and Gemma Harrison founder of VC London: a rad women’s motorbike collective.

Undercurrents (Exclusive World Premiere)

This U.K. surf documentary explores the relationship between connection and compassion and it's link to our mental wellness. Bringing in ideas from the Blue Mind movement, the science of mindfulness and flow, it explores our relationship to the sea and finds out what happens when we pursue what we love.

Featuring surfing pioneer Arlene Maltman, one of Europe’s first female surf champions, mindfulness innovator Dr. Tamara Russell, surfing yogi and marine activist Natalie Fox as well as Cornwall-based Blue health coach and Blue Mind Advocate Lizzi Larbalestier.
