In this lunchtime talk artists Chloe Meineck and Giulia Carla Rossi will talk about their work, and their responses to the theme of "feeling machines”. The talk is part of Control Shift’s Feeling Machines Weekender, which takes place in various venues around Bristol and online, 30 March - 2 April.

Chloe Meineck is an artist, co-designer, researcher and queer community builder. She specialises in actual / authentic co-design with different groups of people and communities. Her work follows themes of care, repair and identity. Giulia Carla Rossi is a curator and digital artist interested in researching and using digital tools for archival and storytelling purposes. In her creative work she uses digital tools to create storytelling experiences that explore language, queerness and archival practices.

Directions:

The Lunchtime talks take place in the Pervasive Media Studio Event Space. To access the Studio, please go to the Main Watershed Box Office entrance and go upstairs to the Café Bar. Walk across the cafe bar, turn right and walk towards the double doors. Go through into the corridor and walk all the way down until you reach the Studio. A member of staff will sign you in, and check your ticket, if you have booked.

The Studio is wheelchair accessible, and the events space has a hearing loop. The last talk of every month is BSL interpreted.
