It's that time of the month, Make Shift Meet up on Tuesday, come join us!
Make Shift Meet Ups are a space for 18-30s (ish) early career creatives to come together in the Pervasive Media Studio on the first Tuesday evening of each month.
In October we are joined by Amy Smith. Amy is a film maker and BFI Academy alumni. She is currently working as a production management assistant at the BBC, on Country File.
FIlm and TV industries can be notoriously tough environments to work in. During this session, Amy, who has lived experience of disability will explore some of the tools she uses to advocate for herself in the workplace.
She will also reflect on more widely on how she got her foot in the door in such a competitive industry
