Pitch Us a Talk

Every Friday we offer free, informal lunchtime talks from people sharing projects, process, ideas and provocations around pervasive media and creative technology. If you or someone you know should be a part of our programme, contact Martin O'Leary.

Brave Bold Drama is an award-winning working class and LGBTQIA+ artist-led theatre company specialising in devised work, playable forms and working from unconventional spaces. They are also massive art history autodidacts. Their new immersive theatre projects for adults are a fine house blend of theatre, improv, escape room and whodunnits, inspired by real-world art crimes.

Find out more about their processes, their principles and their commitment to lo-fi vintage tech at this lunchtime talk, which might be delivered in character, if you're lucky. This is a rare chance to slip into the creative and clandestine world of the Company of International Artists, a top-secret art detective agency.

Directions:

The Lunchtime talks take place in the Pervasive Media Studio Event Space. To access the Studio, please go to the Main Watershed Box Office entrance and go upstairs to the Café Bar. Walk across the cafe bar, turn right and walk towards the double doors. Go through into the corridor and walk all the way down until you reach the Studio. A member of staff will sign you in, and check your ticket, if you have booked.

The Studio is wheelchair accessible, and the events space has a hearing loop. The last talk of every month is BSL interpreted.
