Alison was manager of the REACT Hub from 2012 - 2016. Funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC), REACT (Research and Enterprise in Arts and Creative Technology) was one of four UK Knowledge Exchange Hubs for the Creative Economy and was a collaboration between UWE Bristol, Watershed and the Universities of Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Exeter.  

Alison has a background in collaborative research projects in the arts, having worked on a portfolio of projects at UWE's Centre for Fine Print Research (CFPR) between 2007 - 2012.
