Co-producing a set of digital tools to address the key societal challenges concerning the care and well-being of older people and the legacy of the memories and stories that they leave for future generations.Money No Object
Money No Object is a playful museum donations system that combines wearable technology, dance and social gestures as a novel method for charitable giving.Heidi Hinder is an artist, designer and maker. Trained in Jewellery, Silversmithing & Related Products, Heidi’s practice incorporates wearable technology and experience design, in addition to more traditional art objects. She explores the innovation and opportunities afforded by digital technology in her work, while maintaining integrity to her craft-based training and an adherence to the value of materials and making.
Heidi joined the Studio as a Craft + Technology resident, and developed Money No Object, a playful museum donations system that combines wearable technology, dance and social gestures as a novel method for charitable giving. Other recent projects have included collaborations with the Victoria and Albert Museum (Research and Digital Programmes), the British Museum (Education Department) and the University of Bristol.
