Collaborating with artists, organisations and communities Katy creates pathways and productions that build bridges between genres and new audiences. Katy has a background in arts development and has worked extensively to support culturally marginalised artists and art forms.

She has worked with organisations including ADAD (Association of Dance of the Afrikan Diaspora), One Dance UK, Pavilion Dance South West and Arts Council Wales and collaborates regularly with artists including Lea Anderson & Adesola Akinleye, and with New Art Club and Anatomical through freelance work producing with Tandem Works.

Katy has recently led on the development and national tour of interactive dance work Shuffle as a first experiment in producing her own concepts and in creating professional opportunities for artists she has worked with as children and young people.

She is currently working with PMS Resident Holly Thomas; as a Library of People consultant with Gather Up; with Tandem Works on initiatives for children's dance, and on further developments for Shuffle.
