I’m the Lead Producer at Living Creatures, a new media scripted narrative studio.

My research proposal is to create new avenues for storytelling, based on a movement first described in the mid-1800s as Comprehensive Art. It was basically an early “mixed media” model. I’m adapting its principles to a modern context, because I’ve seen these ideas experimented with over the years in highly influential ways, but not standardised into viable and improvable narrative tools.

Interactive fiction and UX are the biggest parts of my approach. But sometimes I also look into things like philosophy, biology or Ratatouille (but only that one bit about the food critic).
