In this talk Gill will share some early thinking on what is really behind how she works, and why she can’t help but mess around. But don’t get her wrong, she’s doing it for the best of reasons - to move past all the kinds of things that block us in projects.

After 20 years of being a designer and working with companies in technology - in new product development and social innovation through her company Plot, Gill has been sifting through her work to understand just why designing for humans is a social process and why she works in that way.
