Paddington wants to buy his Aunt Lucy something super special for her 100th birthday. He chooses a pop-up book of London, but it's too expensive for a bear's meagre means, so he sets out to earn the money to buy it. Before he can save enough, however, it is snatched by showboating actor Phoenix Buchanan (Hugh Grant on deliriously hammy form), who has a much darker reason for wanting it - and wants to frame Paddington for the crime!

Paddington is wrongfully put behind bars and calls upon the help of friends and loved ones to help clear his name...Every bit as enchanting as the original, and perhaps even more so, this film is a pure delight for all the family, as sweet and sharp as a marmalade sandwich.
