To draw random people to it. To ask them to raise their hand to give them a fortune based on this action.
The questions I want it to raise are: What does it mean to be the chosen one? Do you answer the call? What do you do with your fortune? What does it feel like to observe this? How does it affect us if the technology is beyond our control?
