As a stretegic leader, creative programmer and producer, she has wide ranging experience in leading artist development opportunities and supporting the creation of new screen and creative technology works. Victoria is committed to supporting artists and producers to access new ways of working, build strong collaborative networks and foster communities of practice. She works on a local to global scale, with a practice focused on connecting people, exploring different ways of being and working, and the value of storytelling, play and experimentation in contemporary life. Victoria has a background in visual art and participatory projects, is a Trustee at Site Gallery and was previously National Advisor to Arts Council Wales.
