Pilar is a Creative Producer based in Bristol. She runs Arkollectiv ', an international platform that connects Latin American creatives with other artists and venues across the world. In this lunchtime talk, Pilar Santelices shares her journey from international creative producer and performance practitioner to becoming a Conscious Coach — exploring how years of working across the arts, migration, immersive media and cultural production gradually evolved into a practice centred around listening, embodiment and sustainable creative lives.
Drawing from over two decades collaborating with artists, independent companies and cultural organisations across Europe and Latin America, Pilar reflects on some of the emotional and structural challenges many creatives face: burnout, fragmentation, creative blocks, financial instability, identity shifts, overwork, and the difficulty of sustaining purpose while navigating precarious systems. The session will explore how somatic practices, and inner coaching methodologies can support artists and creative practitioners to reconnect with clarity, resilience and alignment — not only in their work, but in how they live and create.
Join us online on YouTube Live, or in the building on Friday 15th May at 13:00 for the talk and to take part in the Q and A discussion afterwards.
