In this Lunchtime Talk, Pilar Santelices shares her journey from international creative producer and performance practitioner to becoming a Conscious Coach. Exploring how years of working across the arts, migration, immersive media and cultural production gradually evolved into a practice centred around listening, embodiment and sustainable creative lives.

In this talk Pilar will reflect on some of the challenges many creatives face: burnout, fragmentation, creative blocks, financial instability, identity shifts, overwork, and the difficulty of sustaining purpose while navigating systems. The session will explore how somatic practices, and inner coaching methodologies can support artists and creative practitioners to reconnect with clarity, resilience and alignment - not only in their work, but in how they live and create.
