Baz Luhrmann’s iconic reinvention of the Hollywood musical Moulin Rouge returns to cinemas for its 25th anniversary.

Featuring songs by David Bowie, Christina Aguilera, Fatboy Slim, Beck and many more, this jukebox musical sees a young poet with great aspirations, Christian (Ewan McGregor) move to the Montmartre district of Paris to join the Bohemian revolution. He soon falls in with a troupe of performers, planning a spectacular show that they plan to sell to the Moulin Rouge nightclub.

As Christian enters the club's nocturnal world of vice and passion, he falls desperately in love with Satine (Nicole Kidman): the Moulin Rouge’s star courtesan.

The third act of Baz Luhrmann’s Red Curtain trilogy (following Strictly Ballroom and Romeo + Juliet) this all singing, all dancing spectacle remains as captivating as it was in 2001.

Please note: this film contains a sequence of flashing lights which might affect customers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy.
