Introducing Club Shed

As a Club Shed member you will enjoy 15% off cinema and Undershed tickets, members-only access to Cinébites on Tuesdays (30% off main meals in the Café & Bar with your ticket), £6.00 tickets on Mondays with Saver Mondays, priority booking to special events, regular discounts in the Café & Bar, a limited edition sticker each year of your membership and exclusive access to purchase a limited edition art print of Watershed.

Your confirmation email includes information on how you can start using your benefits.

To get your discount on cinema and Undershed tickets online, make sure you are signed in using the same email address you bought the membership with. Reserve your tickets as normal – once you get to the Payment page your discount will automatically apply to all the tickets you have added to your basket.

To get your Cinébites discount, your Small Plates discount, or your discount on drinks in the Café & Bar, simply show your Club Shed confirmation email to the Café & Bar staff when ordering.

You can start using it immediately! You will be able to get your discounted cinema and Undershed tickets when booking in advance online (just make sure you use the same email address you bought the membership with) or in person/over the phone at Box Office.

You don’t need one to show proof of Membership when getting offers in the Café & Bar simply show the bar staff your confirmation email and customer number. 

Our Box Office system will recognise you as a Club Shed member when you buy tickets in advance online or if you give your details to Box Office when purchasing in person or over the phone. 

If you would like a physical membership card please email clubshed@watershed.co.uk and we will prepare one for you and let you know when it’s ready for you to collect.

You will be sent an email to the email address registered on your account a minimum of 24 hours before any public announcement. Make sure you have opted in to emails and it’s not going into your junk folder!

You can collect your limited edition Club Shed sticker from the Box Office desk any time after you receive your confirmation email. Just tell a member of staff you have received your confirmation email and they will give you it. The design will change each year of your membership, so we hope you stick with us and start the beginnings of a great collection.

As a Club Shed member you will also have exclusive access to purchase an A5 signed limited edition giclee art print of an illustration of Watershed from artist James George. Your confirmation email has the link to buy the print, or you can buy directly from Box Office.

All paid memberships are valid for 12 months from the joining date. If you purchased the renewing membership your membership will automatically renew each year. If you did not get the renewing membership – you will get a reminder email one month before your membership expires with instructions on how to sign up for another year.

Recurring Memberships can be cancelled at any time, simply log into your Watershed account and cancel. Your membership will end a year after your last payment and no more payments will be taken.
