We're an open and diverse venue with a broad artistic programme that engages with cultures both locally and globally - everyone is welcome and we're proud to see you all come through our doors or visit us online. We'd like to maintain the high quality of experience at Watershed for everyone and to achieve this we need your help.

If you're one of our regular visitors you will have been enjoying the Watershed experience with an increasingly diverse range of people. We're an open and diverse venue with a broad artistic programme that engages with cultures both locally and globally - everyone is welcome and we're proud to see you all come through our doors or visit us online.

We'd like to maintain the high quality of experience at Watershed for everyone and to achieve this we need your help.

If you are using your laptop and you notice that it's getting a little busy in the Café/Bar it would really help if you could move to one of the counters or share a table with other laptop users. Also, to help everyone find a spot to have a sit down or have something to eat it would be great if you would be prepared to share your table. If you have young children with you please ensure that they do not roam around on their own as this could be a danger to them or to people moving about, especially when they are carrying food or drinks.

Other things you may not be aware of that might make your cinema visit more comfortable is that we have a range of soft and alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles available from the Café/Bar which you can take into the cinema. We are also experimenting with more varied cinema starting times as a way of reducing peak demand in the Café/Bar and we have been opening the cinema doors earlier whenever we can to stop you having to stand in a queue for too long.

Don't forget that you can collect points every time you book a cinema ticket if you have a Watershed Loyalty Card - pick up a leaflet from Box Office or fill out a form online at watershed.co.uk/loyalty.

These are all developments that have been made by talking to our customers and listening to what you want. We seek to live up to expectations - yours and ours - and it helps us if you let us know how we are performing - the good and the bad. We always value this feedback as it helps us in all our future planning. In these financially challenging times we want to continue to improve Watershed and our cultural offer and our relationship with you is critical to achieving this. Please keep talking to us and we'll keep listening, there are comments cards around the building or you can send us an email.

Thank you for your continued support.
