Watershed is delighted to welcome Ray Naicker to our Executive team as our new Head of Finance.

Ray is a CIMA qualified accountant with experience across the public and charity sectors. His previous role was at the Maritime and Coastguard Agency and prior to that he worked at Royal Opera House.

Ray takes over the role from Jill Stokes who led Watershed's Finance team for 23 years. We are very grateful to Jill for everything she did for us - balancing her love of cats and gaming with helping Watershed navigate growth and opportunity, and supporting and advising people from across the wider creative ecology.

We are also deeply appreciative of the amazing work of Dawn Taylor who has been with us as interim Head of Finance for the last few months, coming from London Film School and helping us ensure that we have a smooth transition during these challenging times.
