Akshara Pulpa
Co-Director of Regenerative Futures
Akshara is an ARB registered Architect with over ten years of experience planning and delivering heritage, cultural and education projects. Before joining Watershed, she worked with Hayhurst and Co. Architects on the transformation of a listed bank into a community library hub for Launceston Town Council. In 2023, she was shortlisted for the RIBA Journal’s ‘Rising Stars’ award for her contributions to the acclaimed Dining Hall at Homerton College. Akshara is passionate about the creative reuse of existing buildings and has recently qualified as a Retrofit Coordinator. She is also a design studio tutor at Bath and Cardiff University.
