People Team Summary of the 2025 Balance & Belonging Survey
In April 2025 we ran our annual ‘Balance and Belonging’ Staff survey which had 3 sections: Balance, Belonging and Experience.
We use the data from the survey (alongside other information the People Team collect) to, get a temperature check of current employee experience, to identify potential areas of inequity in the employee. experience and to identify opportunities for improvement and inform the coming year’s inclusion planning.
