
Staff & Board Inclusion Data Report 2025

In April 2025 we ran our annual ‘Balance and Belonging’ Staff survey which has 3 sections: Balance, Belonging and Feedback. These are the published results.
We use the data from the annual survey (alongside other HR information) to get a temperature check of current employee experience, indentify any areas of inequity in the employee experience and identify opportunities for improvement, and inform the coming year’s inclusion planning.
