Set in an alternative world where everyone is an animal, Bouchra, a 35-year-old queer documentary filmmaker coyote is juggling her life in New York and her family in Morocco.
She's attempting finishing the script for her autobiographical film but is paralysed by the fear of the blank page, and is unearthing unreconciled conflicts and feelings in the process.
Then a phone call with her mother in Casablanca sparks a creative breakthrough, opening a journey through family bonds, daughterhood, and the thrill of love.
