Architectural writer and commentator Owen Hatherley looks at three important moments in Viennese housing; historian Rachel Hewitt explores emotional change and cities in the eighteenth century; philosopher Angie Hobbs examines classical Athens; and broadcaster and historian Michael Scott focuses on Constantinople/ Istanbul.
