A successful business woman tries to smash through the glass ceiling in this suspenseful and lively drama exploring the status of women in France’s corporate world.

Emmanuelle Blachey (Emmanuelle Devos) is an ambitious, quick-thinking, and strong minded business woman. When a position as CEO at a top French company becomes available, she is urged to take it on as the first female head of such a major corporation. But what seems like an exciting challenge soon develops into a gender war – keen to compete with her is the chauvinistic Beaumel and his old boys’ club, and Emmanuelle finds herself battling against misogyny and corruption.

Supported by a stellar cast and sharp script, Woman Up! is an intelligent and darkly humorous look at sexism, privilege, and the dirty schemes used to acquire power in the corporate world.
