Watershed Celebrates Earth Day
Sat 18 - Thu 23 April
Watershed’s Environmental Group invites you to join us to celebrate the work we’re doing through Wild and Generous as we explore how to forge a stronger connection with our immediate neighbour, the water.
Our day of celebration will kick off with a special edition of the 16-19 Film Club. This will start at 16:30 and will take place in Waterside 1.
Then at 18:00, we'll be screening six short films about our connection to water, followed by a panel discussion with some of the filmmakers. This event will showcase human connection to water and inspire us to think about our own connection to water and how this relates to climate action.
After the screening and panel discussion, we encourage everyone to join us in the Café & Bar to keep the conversations going that were sparked by the films and panel. Come join us and enjoy a drink from one of our local suppliers.
PS: We've extended Earth Day to the whole month with an additional Q&A screening Jo in the Water and a Hydrophone Family Workshop!
