Move in with us! One of our tenants is moving on, so we have a 115 square meter (1,234 square foot) office / studio to rent on the ground floor of Watershed. This beautiful office / studio has stunning views looking onto the harbourside.
Suitable as an office, studio, gallery or events space – Studio 5 is a self contained, contemporary space with independent access form the harbourside walkway, a small kitchenette and shared shower and toilets (with Watershed staff).
To allow for the flexible needs of start ups and growing companies, we offer an initial 12 month lease with rolling terms after one year. Super-fast internet can be provided by Watershed.
Letting space in our building makes up a substantial part of Watershed's charitable income - renting a space with us contributes to our social purpose and cultural impact and contributes back to the Bristol creative ecology.
