Watershed's Café & Bar included in The Good Beer Guide 2027

The guide by CAMRA celebrates the best pubs across the UK that serve real ale.
We are delighted that Watershed has been included in The Good Beer Guide 2027. There are more than 46,000 pubs in the UK and The Good Beer Guide celebrates the 4,500 best – or the top 1%. This year the guide includes 64 pubs chosen by CAMRA’s Bristol & District branch, with choices made after many visits and much debate.
A place in the guide is much sought after by people who are serious about keeping real ale – The Nova Scotia in Hotwells, The Grace in Bishopston and Watershed are the only new entries in Bristol this year.
We are especially delighted because our Café & Bar team work REALLY hard to serve and champion the best local beers – 90% of draught alcohol products come from within a 10 mile radius which is great for both sustainability and customers.
As well amazing craft ales, we always have non-alcoholic draught bitter and lager and local cider: We are currently serving draught products from Wiper and True, Bristol Beer Factory, New Bristol Brewery, Arbor, Good Chemistry Brewing, Electric Bear Brewing Co., Glastonbury Ales, St Austell Brewery, Butcombe Brewery, Bristol Cider Company, Branch Cider and Sandford Orchards, Moor Beer.

Our Café & Bar and conference business is the one of the biggest funders of our charitable activities – more customers means more opportunities for young people, more support for artists and more curated programme.
