Introducing Take Part at Watershed

We’ve got something new (and very exciting) to share!

Say hello to Take Part at Watershed – a home for all the ways you can get involved with what we do. From conversations to commissions, one-off workshops to in-depth courses, this new section of our website brings together all of the opportunities to actively participate at Watershed. 

Think workshops, talks, screenings, mentoring, fellowships, residencies, courses, networking, pitching opportunities and much more – all in one place. (Jobs will still live separately on our Jobs page.)

As part of this launch, our Make Shift at Watershed Instagram account is becoming Take Part at Watershed. Make Shift and our monthly Make Shift Meet Ups aren't going anywhere – it remains a vital part of our work supporting early-stage creatives interested in film and creative technology – but the Instagram account will now also spotlight a wider range of ways you can Take Part at Watershed, including opportunities offered through our Pervasive Media Studio, Film Hub South West and BFI Film Academy.

The look and feel of the Take Part section of our website has been designed with emerging talent in mind, but it’s for anyone who wants to take an active role in workshops, talent development, research, commissions and more.
