After a pilot (Richard Kiley) is forced to emergency land in the Sahara Dessert, he meets a little Prince from outer space. And an unlikely friendship is formed while they mull over life and stories from across the solar system.

While testing a new plane, flying from Paris to India, a pilot (Richard Kiley) is forced to crash land the plane in the Sahara Dessert after it malfunctions. While he is trying to repair it, a small Prince (Steven Warner) appears out of nowhere and asks him to draw a sheep. Thus begins the friendship of the lost pilot and the little Prince from AsteroidB-612. In the desert they discuss life, the solar system and a very special flower.

With its whimsical songs and a heart-warming story, The Little Prince remains full of enchantment even after fifty years, charming both children and adults alike.
